Merchandise is accepted for exchange or store credit if returned in unwashed or unworn, sellable condition within 14 days of the ship date. Items must be shipped back with original tagging and packaging and include the packing slip. Teethers are non-returnable.
The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning and exchanging items. Order shipping costs are non-refundable.To initiate a return or exchange, please email email@example.com. Be sure to include the following:
-Subject: "Return" or "Exchange"
-Name (as entered when ordering)
-Reason for return or reason for exchange with new color/size specified
Once you have contacted us, we can send you a return label or you can ship the package on your own to the address communicated to you via email.
Returns: After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will refund the cost of the item(s) to a digital store credit gift card. Please note the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit if you choose to use the emailed return label.
Exchanges: Include the exchange request in your initial email. Once the returned item is processed, we will ship your new size/color of the same item free of charge.
